Last week Texas Governor Rick Perry made controversial remarks about homosexuality, claiming that it was a choice, similar to alcoholism. He then seemed to retract his statement by saying he got “deflected on to the controversial issue.”
He then seems to say that his remarks were his own when he said ” think my comments stand on their own. I can’t help you understand it,” before once again reversing his comments “admitting I stepped in it.”
Now the people over at Funny or Die have parodied Rick Perry in their new video. In the video Rick Perry gives a press conference about his remarks. He discusses how “Jesus is some dude to love… in a very private way,” and theta “an alcoholic drink is ok in moderation so is a dick or two with dinner ok?”
